Chelo, a Columbian immigrant and a single mother struggles to provide for her family. She chases a personal dream to land a part in a movie that could change their lives.

The film sheds light on the superficiality of the entertainment industry and challenges societal norms surrounding the portrayal of successful women. Chelo echoes many stories and comprises the local urban mythology of ‘dreamers’ who came to Miami looking for a better and safer life.
